It's a gospel perspective...
yes indeed
it is a little strange (and at times disappointing) that this remains the treasure 'hidden' in a field.
But as Girard has said this perspective may be the leaven in modern social consciences that is making the gospel more realized even as it remains hidden.
and that is a tremendously encouraging thought
Thanks for pulling this thought out of Girard's someplace. It's a terribly important one. And one I need to live in.
